What is Second Home Furniture and Pink Gecko anyway?
Second Home Furniture is our retail consignment store and Pink Gecko is our online boutique with accessories, jewelry, food products, candles and so much more. Pink Gecko sells new and gently used everything! Check out the whole story here: Our Story

Where is Second Home Furniture located?
We are located at 1288 West Main Street, #132, Lewisville, Texas 75067. 214-222-4663

What are your hours of operation?
Second Home Furniture is open Monday - Saturday from 10am -6pm
Pink Gecko is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

What forms of payment do you accept?
Second Home Furniture accepts: all major credit cards, checks and of course, cash.
Pink Gecko accepts all major credit cards and PayPal.

How long will it take to get my stuff once I have placed an order?
We will do our best to ship orders within 2-4 business days.

Can I add or remove items from my order once it has been placed?
Please e-mail as soon as possible or call us at 214-222-4663 to either add or remove an item from your order. You may of course place an additional order at any time.

Can I cancel my order once it has been placed?
We can cancel your order anytime during the processing time frame. Once an order has been shipped we are no longer able to cancel it.

Can I return or exchange my goods if necessary?
If you are not satisfied with your stuff from Pink Gecko simply return or exchange your un-used merchandise. If you have purchased a gently used or second hand item that you are not happy with, you may exchange it for another second hand item of equal or lesser value. Shipping charges are paid for by the customer.

What if I want to return a gift or if I lost my order slip?
Don’t worry. Simply print out our slip below, fill out the info, and send it back with your return. For guidelines, please see our return policy. If you received Pink Gecko as a gift, please include the name of the person who ordered the items.

Has my return been processed?
If you need to return an item, please be sure your package is insured and prepaid, sorry we do not accept COD returns. Once the items are received, we will process your return, and a credit for the return will then appear on your next credit card billing statement. Usually processing a return takes 7-10 business days. If you sent your package back through a trackable method, please provide us with the tracking information so that we may further research the status of your return.

Can Pink Gecko ship internationally or to Canada?
Yes we can ship worldwide, but international shipping rates apply. E-mail us for an estimated cost for international shipping.
